Low speed shuttle zones are the zones the operator intends to operate their low speed shuttle vehicle. Zones are not exclusive.

The categories of vehicles for hire regulated by the section include taxicabs, limousines, private school vehicles, scheduled ground transportation, charter sightseeing vehicles, pedicabs, and low-speed shuttles.
