Effective January 1, 2024, building inspection, plan review, licenses, and permit fees, including the administrative fee, have automatically increased by 2.662727%.
Permit applications that are submitted in complete form (with plans meeting prerequisites when applicable) prior to this date will be grandfathered under the previous fees.
