Impact Fee Administration
Effective June 1, the Impact Fee Administration section will operate by appointment only, with a paperless policy.
Customers are required to submit their WCR application and documents online through the iPermits portal.
Name Transfers, Site to Site Transfers, and Shopping Center Approval/Denial letter must be submitted by email to: [email protected] prior to the scheduled appointment.
Wastewater Capacity Reservation (WCR) Revision Requests must be submitted via email to: [email protected]

Taps and Meters

Meter Applications, Sewer Tap Applications, Bonds, Easement Documents, Large Job Applications, and all Extensions, Offsets, Abandonments, Fire Hydrant Install or Relocation, Fire Line Install, and Sponsor Changes must be submitted via email: [email protected]
Customers must submit required documents via email to: [email protected] prior to the scheduled appointment. We encourage our customers to apply online. We will be operating under a 2-business day policy from the time of electronic submission.
*Please note, Water Meter Permits will be available for payment in 2 business days if all required documents are submitted and customer accounts are in good standing.
