- Heliport / Helistop Annual Inspection $1,251.69
- Temporary Heliport License (for 10 days) $ 125.17
- Temporary Helistop License (for 90 days) $ 250.34
- A completed application (form CE-1320) and declaration
- For all apartments, a site map of all the buildings

- Once the application is received and processed, an email with a link and instructions on how to pay online via iPermits system is sent to the applicant.
- Once payment is confirmed, an email with an inspection date, RQ code, and guidelines is sent to the applicant.
- A site plan
- A plot plan
- FAA letter of airspace determination
- FAA statement of no objection to approach and departure routes
- Name of insurance carrier and proof of insurance
